These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and jitu99 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jitu99 online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://jitu99.click and any associated mobile interfaces or software (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the jitu99 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the jitu99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Platform" means the jitu99 website, associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and any related software services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money funds placed on a specific wager or bet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds (or any associated winnings) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default currency for Malaysian user accounts on the Platform.

To be eligible to register an account and use the jitu99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. jitu99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered users, consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gambling platforms.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling activities is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of jitu99 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that is currently in effect.
6. You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jitu99 for any breach of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in this Section. jitu99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jitu99 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

jitu99 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement); and
• Proof of ownership for the payment method(s) used on the account, where required.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to jitu99's satisfaction. jitu99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

jitu99 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jitu99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make deposits, except where an alternative has been expressly approved by jitu99's compliance team following verification. Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Under 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire: 15 to 60 minutes.

All stated processing times are estimates. Actual times may vary depending on third-party payment processor availability, your bank's processing schedule, and the volume of pending requests at jitu99. jitu99 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All funds deposited into your Account are held as electronic credits. jitu99 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are exclusively intended for use on the jitu99 Platform and may not be used for any other purpose.

jitu99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which should be read carefully before claiming any offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified, and eligible jitu99 players only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-cashable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• jitu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms, jitu99's decision shall be final and binding.

jitu99 monitors betting patterns to ensure that bonuses are used in good faith. Strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting, are prohibited. jitu99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

All bets placed on the jitu99 Platform are subject to the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless jitu99 specifically permits this through a cash-out or bet-edit feature.
• In the event of an obvious error in the published odds, prices, or payout information caused by a system fault or human error, jitu99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player.
• jitu99 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits per event, per market, or per player. These limits may be applied without prior notice.
• Winnings will be credited to the player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In cases of disputed outcomes, jitu99's resolution will be based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or sports authority.
• For live betting markets, odds and availability may change rapidly. jitu99 cannot guarantee that a requested in-play bet will be accepted at the displayed price.

jitu99 covers football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and UEFA club competitions. UFC/MMA, basketball, badminton, and esports markets are also offered. Market availability is subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitu99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account in any form, whether directly or through a third party;
• Using false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Funding an account using payment instruments that you do not own or are not authorised to use;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Any conduct intended to manipulate, defraud, or gain an unfair advantage over jitu99 or other players.

All content on the jitu99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jitu99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from jitu99;
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of jitu99's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitu99 excludes all liability for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Services;
• Any delay or failure in the transmission of data;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

jitu99's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

jitu99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. We take problem gambling seriously, not merely as a regulatory obligation but as a fundamental ethical responsibility.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players at jitu99:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;

jitu99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose jitu99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is terminated for cause (including breach of Terms), jitu99 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, to forfeit such balance entirely. jitu99 will act proportionately and in accordance with applicable law in all such cases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jitu99 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jitu99's customer support team. jitu99 will use its reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process, jitu99 offers an independent escalation path through its licensing authority's complaint resolution mechanism. Further details are available upon request.

Malaysian users should note that online gambling disputes may not be adjudicated by Malaysian domestic courts given the current regulatory framework. By using the jitu99 Platform, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

jitu99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
